1. Mechanical Installation

Environmental Requirements: The installation environment temperature should be between -10°C and +50°C, humidity less than 90%RH (no condensation), and free from corrosive gases and conductive dust.

Space Requirements: To ensure heat dissipation, sufficient space should be reserved above and below the inverter (10cm above and 10cm below recommended), and ventilation gaps of at least 5cm should be left on both sides.


2. Electrical Connections

Main Circuit: Connect the input terminals (R/S/T) to the three-phase power supply, and the output terminals (U/V/W) to the motor. It is strictly forbidden to connect the power cord to the output terminals by mistake.

Control Circuit: Supports multiple signal inputs, including 0-10V analog signals (AI1), potentiometers, and external switch signals (DI1/DI2).

Grounding: The inverter's PE terminal must be reliably grounded.


3. Quick Commissioning Procedure

1). Parameter Reset: Set F0-31 = 1 to restore factory settings.

2). Motor Parameters: Set F0-00 (Power), F0-01 (Voltage), F0-02 (Current), F0-03 (Frequency), and F0-04 (Speed) according to the motor nameplate.

3). Control Mode: Set F3-00 = 2 to select synchronous motor vector control (SVC mode if needed).

4). Parameter Identification: Set F0-06 to perform static or dynamic parameter identification (for vector control).
