1. Before use, please check whether the gear reducer motor housing is damaged or if there is any oil leakage.

2. Please confirm that the specifications of the purchased gear reducer motor match the required design specifications.

3. Ensure that the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage indicated on the motor nameplate. If the voltage is unstable, a voltage stabilizer is recommended.

4. The motor must be properly grounded. The grounding wire should be connected to the grounding terminal in the terminal box. Please refer to relevant electrical installation regulations for wire specifications.

5. During operation, the rated current of the gear reducer motor must not exceed the value specified on the nameplate.

6. The gear reducer gearbox is pre-filled with lubricating grease and is maintenance-free for up to 12,000 operating hours.

7. Pay attention to environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and acidity/alkalinity.

8. Standard operating environment: -10°C to 40°C. Special environment range: -40°C to 120°C. Humidity should be below 95%, and altitude should not exceed 1000 meters above sea level for indoor/outdoor use.

9. Ensure all installation components and transmission parts are securely fixed before starting the gear reducer motor.

10. When using accessories such as pulleys, sprockets, or couplings, they must be installed in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.

11. When the gear reducer motor is used with a frequency inverter for low-speed operation, please select an inverter-duty gear reducer motor.

12. For single-phase gear reducer motors, the capacitor may retain residual charge after power-off. Please discharge or ground the terminals before touching the wiring.

13. Safety protection devices must be properly installed to ensure safe operation at all times.

14. Failure to install, maintain, or operate the motor correctly may result in serious damage to the gear reducer motor.

15. During maintenance or disassembly, ensure that the external power supply is completely disconnected from the gear reducer motor.
