With economic development, the living standards of residents have been continuously improving. More and more people are living in duplex buildings or large houses, and the demand for powerful vacuum cleaners has also been increasing. The motor of a vacuum cleaner is equivalent to the heart of the vacuum cleaner. Generally speaking, the greater the suction power, the better, but a high suction power does not necessarily mean a strong cleaning ability, and the greater the suction power, the louder the working noise will be. Different types of vacuum cleaners have different requirements for suction power. Handheld vacuum cleaners have relatively smaller requirements for suction power.
The working principle of a vacuum cleaner
The main components of a vacuum cleaner are the vacuum pump, the dust collection bag, the hose, and various types of suction nozzles. When the vacuum cleaner is in operation, the motor drives the fan impeller to rotate at high speed, pushing the air inside the vacuum cleaner out. A vacuum is formed inside the vacuum cleaner, and a relatively high negative pressure difference is created between the inside and the outside. Under the effect of this negative pressure difference, the dust near the suction head and the air together pass through the suction port and are sucked into the dust collection box inside the vacuum cleaner body. The dusty air in the dust collection box of the vacuum cleaner body is filtered, and the clean air after dust removal is discharged from the outlet to the outside of the vacuum cleaner.
Vacuum cleaners are mainly divided into corded vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuum cleaners, handheld vacuum cleaners, stick-type vacuum cleaners, and vehicle-mounted vacuum cleaners. For different types of vacuum cleaners, we have developed corresponding motor drive solutions. Our vacuum cleaner motors have high rotational speed, dual rolling bearings, low noise, and long service life.
Characteristics of the vacuum cleaner motor:
The electrical performance of the motor, such as voltage and rotational speed, can be customized after assessment.
2. High speed, 38,000 - 50,000 rpm
3. Double rolling bearing design
4. Long service life (operating time up to 350 hours)
5. The vacuum level of the motor reaches 5 to 10 KPa.
With over 20 years of experience in motor drive solutions, we can quickly customize motor solutions that meet customer requirements, and provide customized services such as drawing, material selection, and sample production based on customer needs.
